Vacating Tenants

Your notice of intention to vacate must:

• Be in writing.
• Give the date you plan to leave, taking into account the amount of time required under notice periods.
• In most instances, 28 days’ notice is required of your intention to vacate but please check with your Property Manager if you are unsure.

We will acknowledge your intention to vacate with a letter confirming you are vacating the property and what is required prior to returning the keys. We will also provide a vacate checklist to assist you through this process.

Rent is payable up until the day all keys and remotes are delivered to our office.
