If you require urgent repairs outside of our office hours please phone the after hours office number on 03 9868 7511.

For all other maintenance issues please email your Property Manager giving as much information as possible regarding the maintenance you would like to report. If you do not know your Property Manager’s email address, please email rentals@investorsdirect.com.au and your email will be forwarded to your Property Manager.
