Cotters Rise
Strategically master-planned and specifically designed to embrace the local surroundings in an increasingly popular part of Melbourne’s North.
Cotters Rise is an 87-lot residential land sub-division estate, spread across 3.07ha in Epping. Located at Lot 25a Cotters Road, and easily accessible from Oherns Road, this impressive site is positioned 23km northeast of Melbourne’s CBD.
Capitol will be developing Cotters Rise over two stages. The first stage will accommodate 51 lots, and the second stage is expected to eventually house a further 16 lots plus a 20 lot medium density super lot.
Cotters Rise has been strategically master-planned to feature a series of single-level and two-level dwellings, which have been specifically designed to embrace the local surroundings and to cater to homebuyers.
This estate is a continuation of an established development to the south, and is sure to attract a great deal of interest in what is already an increasingly popular part of Melbourne’s north.
Harvest Views
The 2.42ha medium density residential community sub-division of Harvest Views, located at 305 Harvest Home Road, Epping, is just 23kms northeast of Melbourne's CBD and four kms from the vibrant Epping Shopping Centre and train station.
Harvest Views has been meticulously master-planned to accommodate 117 two and three bedroom townhouses, as well as 42 contemporary apartments and a select number of commercial tenancies across two architecturally designed buildings.
Harvest Views is part of the Aurora Development Plan, ideally positioned next to the town centre and a newly developed local community centre.
This development is currently with town planning.
