We wish you everything of the best in 2018. As we advised prior to the Christmas break, the I.D.P.M. team worked through the holiday period – collecting rent, chasing any arrears, handling maintenance and showing property. Unfortunately, some tenants failed to pay their rent on time and that often happens at this time of the year, but we were able to recover most of those arrears because we were working. Fortunately though, we had no major maintenance issues, as it’s extremely hard to make contact with tradespeople at this time of year! We also rented 4 properties during this period – we were incredibly busy with inspections as most other agencies were closed! Four very good reasons to work through the holidays!
